Andrés Pérez, Esq. has practiced law since 2002, initially in Mexico. He has held a federal license to practice throughout Mexico since that year and has been admitted to the State Bar of Texas since 2023.

For more than two decades he has advised Mexican and American companies on corporate law, tax matters, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and financing and debt restructuring. His clients have included banks and financial institutions, hotels, television networks, and radio broadcasters.

Since 2024 he has practiced in Texas, where he advises individuals, families, and businesses, with particular attention to the Hispanic community and to those with interests in Mexico and the United States.
